At present, the popular robots for injection molding machines on the market are the minimum control systems using dedicated microprocessors and interfaces for the control system. In terms of mechanical construction, when the positioning accuracy is not high, the timing belt drive is adopted, and the running part is equipped with a slide rail guide, which is controlled by the frequency converter speed control. This paper proposes a special manipulator for injection molding machine based on PLC control, making full use of the characteristics of PLC flexible control. The walking part is equipped with slide rail guide, adopting helical gear rack drive and frequency conversion speed control; it is a cost-effective electromechanical integration equipment. .
