As the company's related party Shenzhen Huarongtai Asset Management Co., Ltd. also participated in this capital increase and share expansion, Huarongtai plans to invest 450 million yuan in cash to subscribe for Chongqing Guoxin's registered capital of 50 million yuan, so this investment constitutes a common Related transactions for investments.
After the completion of this capital increase, the company held a 26.32% stake in Chongqing Guoxin through its wholly-owned subsidiary TF-EPI and Tongfang Innovation.
