The single-slope A/D converter provides high speed conversion of the DC input voltage to digital data output. For a 0 to 10V input, a 1024 pulse of the 100 MHz clock appears at full scale and 512 at half scale. When the command pulse is applied, the 2N914 transistor resets the 1000pF capacitor (820 and 180 in parallel) to 0V.
