Second, the parts of the new reducer are loose; the parts of the new reducer are newly processed and assembled, and there are deviations in the matching size and geometry. In the initial stage of use, they are subjected to alternating loads such as impact and vibration, as well as factors such as heat and deformation. The effect, plus the wear and tear, etc., makes it easy to loosen the parts that were originally tightened. Fourth, the wear speed of the new reducer is too fast; due to the influence of the processing, assembly and commissioning of the new reducer parts, the contact area of ​​the mating surface is small, and the allowable torque is large. During the operation of the reducer, the concave and convex parts on the surface of the part are frictionally engaged with each other, and the ground metal scraps, as abrasives, continue to participate in the friction, which accelerates the wear of the mating surfaces of the parts. The gearbox cleaning and maintenance machine can use the original oil supply system of the gearbox and the filtered old oil to realize the functions of cleaning the gearbox, quickly filtering the waste oil, and adding new oil. The operation process does not change the hardware facilities, The addition of cleaning agent ensures the safe operation of the gearbox and prolongs the service life. Therefore, it is easy to cause wear and tear of parts during the running-in period, and the wear speed is too fast. At this time, if it is overloaded, it may cause damage to components and cause early failure. Therefore, during the use of the new reducer, it must be within the normal load of the reducer.

5. Leakage phenomenon of the new reducer; during the use of the new reducer, due to the looseness of the parts, the vibration and the heat of the reducer, the sealing surface of the reducer and the pipe joints may leak; Due to defects such as partial casting, it is difficult to find during assembly and debugging, but due to vibration and impact during operation, the defect is exposed and appears as leaking (seepage) oil. Therefore, the new reducer occasionally leaks during the running-in period. Therefore, always check the use of the reducer to avoid accidents.
