Future development of sensor technology

Sensor technology is an important part of testing and automatic control. In the test system, it is used as a meter positioning. The main feature is that it can accurately transmit and detect a certain form of information and convert it into another form of information.

Future direction of sensor technology:

1. MEMS technology and a new generation of solid-state sensor microstructure manufacturing process: deep reactive ion etching (DRIE) process or IGP process; packaging process: such as normal temperature bonding flip-chip welding, stress-free micro-thin structure packaging, multi-chip assembly process;

2. Integrated process and multivariable composite sensor microstructure integrated manufacturing process; multivariable composite sensor for industrial control;

3, intelligent technology and smart sensor signal wire or wireless detection, conversion processing, logic judgments, function calculations, two-way communication, self-diagnosis and other intelligent technologies; smart multivariable sensors, smart power sensors and various smart sensors, transmitters ;

4, network technology and networked sensors, so that the sensor has an industrial standard interface and protocol functions.

At the same time, by 2020, the field of sensors and instrumentation components should strive to achieve three strategic goals:

1. With industrial control, automotive, communications and environmental protection as the key service areas, with sensors, flexible components, optical components, and special circuits as the key targets, develop original technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights;

2. Based on MEMS technology, relying on integrated, intelligent and networked technologies, to strengthen the manufacturing process and the development of new sensors and instrument components, so that the leading products reach and approach the advanced level of similar foreign products;

3. To increase variety, improve quality and economic efficiency as the main goal, accelerate industrialization, so that the domestic sensor and instrument components of the species share of 70% "80%, high-grade products of more than 60%.
