Recently, the General Office of the Hunan Provincial Government issued the “Implementation Plan for the Municipal Green Lighting Reconstruction Project of Hunan Provinceâ€, proposing that the green lighting project in Hunan Province will be promoted in four phases. From 2014 to June 2015, we will strive to establish 29 cities in the province. The city has started the municipal green lighting renovation project and ensured that 13 prefecture-level cities and Jishou City completed the transformation task. By 2017, the towns above the county and above in Hunan Province must complete the municipal green lighting renovation, and plan to renovate about 1 million municipal street lamps in the province. The overall energy saving rate of urban lighting in the province should achieve the goal of 40% or more.

The municipal green lighting renovation project will be included in the provincial key projects, enjoy the preferential policies of the provincial key projects, and implement the green channel policy for project approval in accordance with relevant regulations.
