4.2 The appearance quality shall comply with the requirements of Table 2.
Table 2
The name item allows the value of the glass tube to be flat and smooth at both ends of the port. The transparent sand has a diameter of 0.3-0.5 mm ≤ 3 grains. Opaque sand is not allowed to exist. The gas line is 0.3mm or less in length and 2 pieces in length within 150mm. Stripes are not allowed to exist. Oil spots are not allowed to exist. The phosphor layer has a powder layer with a line width of 0.3 mm or less and a length of 100 mm or less. Powder removal is not allowed. The yin and yang faces are not allowed to exist. Particles are not allowed to be apparent. Surface condition The outer surface of the powder tube should be clean and clean with no residual phosphor.
4.3 Powder tube coating firmness After the vibration test of the powder tube, there should be no obvious powder drop phenomenon.
4.4 Powder tube coating unevenness The powder layer unevenness at both ends of the powder tube, the tube diameter is 9mm or more ≤ 32%, and the rest ≤ 40%.
4.5 The brightness of the powder tube is ≥2.8×103cd/m2, red ≥1.5×103cd/m2, yellow ≥2.8×103cd/m2 ,
Green ≥ 3 × 103 cd / m 2 , blue ≥ 1.4 × 103 cd / m2.
The color glass tube has a brightness of not less than 50% of the same specification.
4.6 Glass tube material Glass tube shall be made of glass material in accordance with QB/T3579.2--4.
5. Inspection method
5.1 Inspection of the main dimensions (Section 4.1) using gages.
5.2 The inspection of the quality of the appearance of the powder tube (Article 4.2) shall be regarded as the main and shall be measured if necessary.
5.3 The test of the tightness of the powder coating (Section 4.3) is to fix the powder tube vertically on the vibrating table with a horizontal vibration frequency of 28 Hz, an amplitude of 2 mm and a vibration time of 5 min.
5.4 Detection of unevenness of powder coating (Section 4.4), use photoelectric receiver to convert the light transmittance at both ends of the powder tube into photocurrents I1 and I2, and record the values, and calculate the unevenness of the phosphor layer by the following formula: Degree L1.
5.5 Detection of the brightness of the powder tube (Article 4.5), the neon powder tube is made into a neon tube as required, and then measured according to the provisions of Appendix A.
5.6 Glass tube material is tested according to QB/T3579.2--4 electric vacuum glass chemical analysis method.
6. Acceptance rules
6.1 In order to verify whether the quality of the powder tube produced by the manufacturer meets the requirements of this standard, the inspection department of the manufacturer shall carry out the delivery test and routine test of the powder tube produced by the manufacturer.
6.2 The powder pipe of the settlement test shall be uniformly pumped from the same type of powder pipe produced daily (batch) according to GB2828. The test items, inspection level, sampling plan and qualified quality level shall comply with Table 3. Provisions.
Table 3 Settlement test test items and qualified judgment conditions No. Test items Test items Check level Sampling plan Qualified quality level AQL % Technical test method 1 Main size 4.1 5.1 Special inspection level S-3 Once 6.5 2 Appearance 4.2 5.2 4.0
6.3 Routine tests shall not be less than once every six months. The powder tubes for routine tests shall be uniformly pumped from the powder tubes that have passed the acceptance test. The production of the powder tubes shall be suspended for more than half a year, or the structure and manufacturing process of the powder tubes. Routine tests should be performed when material changes may affect the performance of the powder tube. 6.4 Routine test shall be carried out according to the one-sampling plan of GB2829 discriminating level I. The test items, unqualified quality level, sample quantity and qualified judgment array shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. If a test tube does not meet the requirements of Table 4, the routine test is considered unqualified. Table 4 Routine test test items and qualified judgment conditions No. Test item Test clause Unqualified quality level RQL % Sample size judgment array Technical requirements Test requirements 1 Coating unevenness 4.4 5.4 30 3 [0, 1] 2 Brightness 4.5 5.5 40 5 [1, 2] 3 Coating fastness 4.3 5.3 30 3 [0, 1]
6.5 If the routine test fails, the batch of lamps is unqualified. At this point, production and acceptance should be stopped immediately. The factory that has been accepted should be stopped. At the same time, the cause of the failure should be studied, and effective measures should be taken until the new routine test is passed before production and acceptance can be resumed.
6.6 The manufacturer may provide routine test reports to the ordering party.
7. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Phosphor tube is packed in plastic bag and sealed at the mouth.
7.2 The following clear and firm signs shall be in the bag or bag:
7.2.1 Manufacturer's name, trademark, and address.
7.2.2 Product name, specification, color, quantity, date of manufacture.
7.3 The product should be accompanied by a product certificate.
7.4 Packaging and transportation
7.4.1 Product packaging should meet various transportation requirements, avoid damage during transportation and should be protected against rainwater ingress.
7.4.2 The outer packaging shall have the words such as glassware, care and lightness, and moisture proof.
7.5 Storage and storage In a ventilated and dry place, the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. There should be no corrosive gas in the air. The storage period is half a year.
