The construction machinery's own mechanical equipment enters the construction site, and the enterprise machinery and equipment management department shall ensure that its mechanical and electrical safety performance and safety protection devices meet the requirements of relevant safety standards, and issue a permit for it. Newly purchased hoisting machinery and equipment must organize relevant professional and technical personnel to check and accept the equipment, meet the safe use conditions, and can be put into use after being approved by the technical person in charge of the enterprise.

To provide mechanical equipment for leasing, the leasing unit shall provide the leasing unit with self-inspection report, self-inspection certificate, relevant technical documents and factory manual, and must also provide the safety technical test certificate issued by the testing and inspection unit with professional qualifications. Otherwise, it may not be leased and put into use.

For the electromechanical equipment and power tools entering the construction site, the construction site must organize professional personnel to check the mechanical and electrical safety performance, and confirm that it meets the relevant safe use conditions before it can be put into use. When the construction site is not qualified for this work, the enterprise electromechanical equipment management department shall organize or entrust a statutory testing agency to conduct inspection and testing.

For the construction site to use lifting machinery and equipment, special assembly and disassembly plans and safety technical measures must be prepared by professional and technical personnel in accordance with regulations, and the signing approval procedures must be fulfilled.

The installation and disassembly of lifting equipment must be carried out by qualified units and professionals, and should be regularly maintained and regularly inspected for electrical insulation performance. Electromechanical equipment that fails to meet safety requirements and cannot be repaired must be immediately deactivated and disposed of.

The construction site shall provide the necessary conditions for the mechanical and electrical equipment to meet the safety requirements of the road, foundation (seat), water and electricity, operation shed or parking space. Safety and adequate lighting should be provided for night work.

The working place of electromechanical equipment should meet safety requirements. The site shall be leveled and unobstructed, and there shall be room for operation and maintenance in accordance with the regulations beside the electromechanical equipment. The working channel shall be kept open and materials and debris shall not be stacked. Where there is fire protection requirements, the workplace should meet fire safety requirements.

The foundation (seat) of construction machinery and power machinery must be stable and meet the requirements of its manufacturer's instructions or design.

The electricity used for electromechanical equipment and small electric tools shall comply with the requirements of this regulation and relevant standards and specifications, and shall be installed, removed and maintained by professionals.

The management of electromechanical equipment should be “set, set, and set up equipment”. It is strictly forbidden for personnel who do not have professional qualifications to operate electromechanical equipment. Prior to the use of small power tools, users should be educated about safety technology and safety technical procedures.

Operators of electromechanical equipment and small power tools must wear personal safety equipment as required. The mechanical operator's clothing should meet the safety requirements, tight and tightly cuffed, not tied, and the female worker's hair should be in the working cap.

Before operating electromechanical equipment and using small power tools, check the power cords and safety guards of electromechanical equipment and small power tools. Electromechanical equipment and small power tools with broken power cords or defective and fail-safe safety devices shall not be put into use without replacement or repair by professionals. At the end of the work, the power should be turned off and the switch box should be locked. Small hand-held power tools should be kept in a storage room.

Before work, you must check the machinery, instruments, tools, etc., and confirm that they are in good condition. If there are requirements for trial operation, they should be tested according to the regulations, and they can be put into use after confirmation.

Construction machinery and electrical equipment, small power tools must not be "sick" and overloaded. If abnormal conditions are found during operation, it should be immediately stopped for inspection. It is forbidden to scrub and repair when the equipment is running. It is strictly forbidden to extend the head and hands within the mechanical travel range during the operation. Repairs shall be carried out by professionals in accordance with the conditions specified in the original manufacturer's instructions or relevant standards and specifications, and no substitute parts or modifications or modifications shall be allowed.

New machines, machines undergoing overhaul or technical transformation must be properly operated and reasonably used according to the technical performance, carrying capacity, use conditions and relevant provisions of this regulation as specified in the factory manual. It is strictly forbidden to overload or arbitrarily change or expand the scope of use. Instruments and related safety devices that require regular inspection and inspection according to regulations shall be inspected and tested regularly by units with statutory inspection and testing qualifications, otherwise they may not be used.

Cranes must not be operated close to overhead transmission lines. The safety distance between any part of the crane and the overhead transmission line shall not be less than that specified in Table 4.0.17. The boom should be lowered when passing overhead transmission lines.

Electrical equipment and wiring must be well insulated, and the wires must not be tied to metal objects; all electric motors must meet the requirements of “one machine, one brake, one leak, one box”, and the metal that is not charged under normal conditions. The enclosure must be protected from zero or grounded as specified. When the power is temporarily cut off, the work is stopped, or the work is off, the power must be turned off and the switch box must be locked.

The line lamp voltage must not exceed 36V. The power cord should use a rubber flexible cable. An auto-coupled safety voltage transformer must be used. When working in a wet place or metal container, the street lamp voltage must not exceed 12V.

Pressure vessels should have safety valves, pressure gauges, and avoid exposure, collision; oxygen cylinders should be strictly protected against oil; acetylene generators, liquefied petroleum gas, must have safety devices to prevent tempering.

KNB6-63 Miniature Circuit Breaker

KNB6-63 Mini Circuit breakers, also named as the air switch which have a short for arc extinguishing device. It is a switch role, and also is a automatic protection of low-voltage electrical distribution. Its role is equivalent to the combination of switch. Fuse. Thermal Relay and other electrical components. It mainly used for short circuit and overload protection. Generally, According to the poles, mini Circuit breaker can be divided into 1P , 1P+N , 2P, 3P and 4P.
