Objectives: Reconstruction of lighting projects with unacceptable illuminance and excessive lighting power density, meeting national standards in batches, simultaneous implementation of overhead line entry and urban road reconstruction; improving lighting system in residential quarters and urban-rural junctions, eliminating blind spots; improving and perfecting Intelligent monitoring system in urban areas; more than 80% of urban functional lighting technical indicators have reached national standards; monitoring coverage reached 100%, lighting rate reached 98%, facility integrity rate reached over 90%, and “four new†product penetration rate reached More than 85%; the landscape lighting in the central city should form landscape lighting with urban characteristics. The plan has a total of 5 long-term goals, including the popularization of green lighting projects; comprehensive realization of functional lighting construction modernization, scientific, automation and standardization, all indicators meet or exceed national regulations; landscape lighting power density meets national energy standards Improve the landscape lighting system in the central city, form a night landscape space showing the characteristics of Suzhou city; comprehensively realize intelligent monitoring and management system.
