The injection molding machine control computer project was developed based on the PI-1861 embedded motherboard and the embedded μCOS real-time multitasking operating system independently developed by Incostar, and contains the following important technical research and development content:
1, PI-1861 embedded motherboard and μCOS real-time multi-tasking operating system;
2, PC/104 CAN BUS card hardware and software design;
3, based on PI-1861 main board SDK development kit free of charge (including memory access, data read and write, display, printer driver, TCP / IP network protocol function library; Borland C + + software compiler, serial download software and other related development tools);
4. Display support for large size True Color LCDs;
5, to help customers complete the application of the old system software migration and optimization;

CAN card hardware specifications:
· Using IO mode, an interrupt request hardware resources, respectively set by the jumper;
One fully electrically isolated CAN channel using Phlips SJA1000 chip and PCA82C250 chip;
Support CAN2.0 agreement, compatible CAN2.0A agreement, accord with ISO/DIS11898 norm;
·The CAN communication baud rate can be programmed by the user between 5Kbps-1Mbps;
·The CAN interface adopts DB9 standard pin type recognition, which conforms to DeviceNET and CANopen protocol standards;
· CAN interface adopts photoelectric isolation, DC/DC power supply isolation, module insulation voltage: 1000Vrms;
