Rotary fan installation steps

1. First place the end cap with the shaft hole on the rotary fan on the assembly table, then place the pulley shaft side of the rotor shaft down on the end cover, and install the spring pin into the rotor shaft (above 60S).

2. Insert the blades of the rotary fan into the rotor slot and place the cylinder block. Then put the support ring and install the bearing.

3. Install the rotary fan on the O-ring, install the other end cover and fix the bolt.

4. Turn the fan cylinder block over and take off the end cover on the side of the pulley, and put it into the support ring (below 501S).

5. Stand up the main unit and put the positioning pin on the other end cover and tighten all the bolts. Then the rotary fan pours a small amount of lubricating oil into the air inlet, fixes the pulley to the rotating shaft, and rotates the pulley by hand while using the wooden hammer. Or rubber hammer gently tap the end cap.
