The total amount of funds raised by the employee stock ownership plan is 30 million yuan, with “shares†as the subscription unit, each share is 1 yuan, and the employee shareholding plan has a maximum of 30 million copies. A single employee must subscribe for an integral multiple of the number of shares, and the initial subscription amount is 50,000 (that is, the subscription amount is 50,000 yuan), and more than 50,000 copies are accumulated in an integral multiple of 10,000 copies.
After the establishment of the employee stock ownership plan, it is entrusted to manage the management of Founder Mid-term Futures Co., Ltd., and fully subscribe for the full share of the Founder Interim Futures Lianchuang Wenrui No. 1 Asset Management Plan established by Founder. The main investment scope of Lianchuang Wenrui No. 1 Asset Management Plan includes the development of income swap transactions with target stocks, investment in fixed income and cash products.
The total number of employees participating in the employee stock ownership plan is no more than 178, of which 13 directors, supervisors and senior executives participate in the employee stock ownership plan.
