3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 bidders must have independent legal personality, have a valid safety production license;
3.2 The qualification of the general construction contracting of the municipal utility project issued by the administrative department in charge of construction shall be at least Grade II and above;
3.3 The proposed project manager must have the qualification of a registered professional construction engineer of municipal public utilities, have an effective safety production assessment certificate, and there is no project under construction;
3.4 Must have similar construction performance in the past three years;

Applicants should apply for pre-qualification documents from March 16 to March 20, 2017, from 8:00 to 12:00 every morning and from 14:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon.
