2.1 Bidding content: Removal and restoration of outer wall marble; removal of insulation benzene board and plaster layer, sticky A-grade fireproof rock wool, hanging net and plastering project, with a building area of ​​240,000 square meters.

3.1 The bid applicant shall have the Grade II or above qualification for professional contracting of building decoration and decoration engineering and the first class qualification for professional contracting for fire protection facilities engineering issued by the construction administrative department, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.

3.2 The project manager proposed by the bidder shall have the qualification for registered construction engineer of the first grade or above in construction engineering (it must provide the original certificate of absence of construction issued by the city-level construction administrative department of the company's locality or based on the urban and rural construction of the housing city {2015 } Document 140 stipulates that the certification materials issued by the credibility information publication platform are stamped with the company's fresh chapter).

3.3 This tender accepts consortium bids (if the Consortium bids, it must provide a consortium agreement, and clearly defines the consortium leader and the consortium members, clearly stipulating the work and responsibilities that the parties intend to undertake).

3.4 Refusal to include bids by companies or individuals during the period when the government cancels the bidding qualification record.

3.5 The construction enterprises of other provinces who enter our province to engage in construction activities shall follow the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Information Registration of Jilin Construction Enterprises in Jilin Province", and apply for the registration of the information of the enterprises in Jiji. 3.6 Legal persons, other organizations, or individuals that have an interest relationship with the bidder and may affect the fairness of the bid invitation may not participate in the bid. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship, and may not participate in the bid for the same tender item or for the same tender item that is not divided into bid sections. In violation of these two provisions, the relevant bid is invalid
