1. Wiring. There are two general wiring methods: direct wiring and flux-assisted wiring.
Direct Wiring Direct wiring is to connect the tested product to the test lead terminal of the machine with a dedicated cable, and connect the ground wire at the same time. 
Magnetic flux connection Wiring method is applicable to Y(N)-d-11 connection group. Common wiring methods include: measuring the wiring method of low voltage Rac, measuring the wiring method of low voltage Rba, and measuring the wiring method of low voltage Rcb.
2. Select the current. Turn on the power switch, the display will display the maximum current value of 50A, select the preset current for the test object through the selection button, the selection range is: 5A, 10A, 20A, 50A.
3. Test. After confirming the appropriate current, the test can be started. After confirming the current, the display will show “Chargingâ€, then it will become “Testingâ€, and finally the resistance value will be displayed and the test will be completed.
4. Disassemble the line after the test is completed. After the test is completed, press the “Reset†button. At this time, the power cable and the winding are disconnected, discharged, and the audible alarm is given. The display returns to the initial state and the ammeter is reset to zero. The next time you measure the DC resistance of the transformer, you can operate it as above.
