The circuit principle power supply is taken from the transformer T plus the bridge rectifier D1 ~ D4 to change the commercial power 220V into a DC 14V working power supply. The operational amplifier A1 and the regulator IC1 form a reference voltage for the operational amplifier A2 and the peripheral resistor R3-R6 to form a non-inverting input reference voltage of the flip-flop circuit, and the inverting input is sampled by the resistor R9, and compared with the non-inverting input to make the output The end pulse width is adjusted by the reference potentiometer RP, and is amplified by the driving transistor BG1 and the power transistor BG2 to illuminate the LED1~LEDl5 LED components, and the potentiometer RP can control the current level to complete the actual dimming function. The LED driver circuit in the design is shown in Figure 8. In this design, 12 LED lights are used in series and parallel to simulate LED table lamps to achieve lighting effects. The driving transistor used is the SS8550, which is a PNP type triode.
Dimming implementation
The brightness of the LED is controlled by the current, and the brightness of the LED lamp is adjusted by controlling the current. It is possible to control the magnitude of the current.
In this design, the PWM wave is output through the pin P1.3 of the STC89C51 microcontroller. When the PWM wave is high, the transistor Q1 outputs a small current. When the PWM wave is low, Q1 outputs a large current. That is, when the PWM changes the duty ratio, the average current of the output changes, and the average luminance changes, thereby realizing the dimming of the LED lamp.
