Three minutes let you read intelligent home interior fire protection design

The design of the family fire alarm system shall follow the national standard “Design of an Automatic Fire Alarm System for Residential Buildings” and consist of a home fire alarm controller, a home fire detector and a fire alarm.

1. Fire detector settings

Fire detectors generally use flammable gas sensors and smoke sensors. At least one fire detector shall be installed in each bedroom and living room. When combustible gas detectors are set in the kitchen, the following requirements shall be met.

1) Users who use natural gas should select methane detectors. Users who use liquefied gas should select propane detectors. Users who use coal gas should choose carbon monoxide detectors.

2) When the hoses and connectors for connecting gas cookers are inside the cabinet, the detectors should be set inside the cabinets.

3) The methane detector should be set in the top kitchen, and the naphtha should be set in the lower part of the kitchen. Carbon monoxide detectors can be located in the lower part of the kitchen or in other locations.

4) combustible gas detector should not be set directly above the cooker.

5) It is recommended to use combustible gas detectors that have a linkage function and can automatically turn off the gas.

6) The gas shut-off valve of the detector linkage should be a shut-off valve that the user can reset itself and should have the function of automatic protection of the hose fall off.

2 home fire alarm controller settings

Home fire alarm controllers should be set independently in each house, and should be set in the obvious and easy to operate parts, when using wall-mounted installation, the bottom margin height should be 1.3 ~ 1.5m.

The home fire alarm controller with video intercom function should be set near the entrance door.

3. Fire alarm settings

Fire alarms located in public areas of residential buildings should have voice capabilities. And it should be able to accept the linkage control or be controlled directly by the manual fire alarm button signal.

The floor of each alarm should not exceed 3 floors, and an automatic fire alarm or manual fire alarm button should be set in the obvious location on the first floor.
