Qualification requirements for registration: Qualifications for Grade 3 and above for general construction contracting of municipal utilities; Qualified Registered Architects must have Class 2 or above qualifications for municipal utility engineering (preferred registered construction divisions are not under construction).

Bidder must bring the following qualification documents when registering: unit introduction letter, legal person power of attorney, ID card of the client, business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate (or business license of the triple certificate), qualification certificate ( Clear copies of originals or two-dimensional codes), Safety Production Licenses, Enterprise Basic Account Opening Permits, Proposed Project Managers Registered Builders Certificates, and Safety Assessment Certificates. The company has completed similar performance certificates in the past three years. Need to enter the basic information of the enterprise before registering in Shaanxi “Shaanxi Construction Market Supervision and Credit Information Integration Platform”. The above information must be the original of the certificate, and submit a copy of the official seal. This project does not accept the Commonwealth bid.
