Inbound implementation process

Outbound implementation process

1. When the library is out of the library, the system generates a library sequence according to the outbound order;

2. Start the warehouse, the system will start from the first item that should be out of the warehouse according to the outbound sequence;

3. The corresponding indicator light on the outbound material rack will light up, prompting the operator to pick up the item;

4. After the operator picks up the piece, press the button on the indicator light;

5. The system determines whether the button to be pressed is the cargo rack that should be picked up. If not, the system will give an alarm to prompt the operator to re-operate;

6. When the pickup is correct, when the button is pressed, the indicator light on the cargo rack will be extinguished;

7. After the material is picked up, the system will automatically jump to the next material that should be picked up, repeat the above steps;

8. When all the materials on the delivery list are completed, the delivery is completed;

9. Generate outbound report information.
