The figure shows an automatic gate detection control circuit which is mainly composed of a Doppler effect sensor ICl (RD627A), the voltage comparator and the like of a light emitting diode, RD627A equipped with an oscillator, transmit circuitry, Doppler Circuits such as amplifiers and detector limiters. It is located in the warehouse for anti-theft detection. When working, the microwave signal is emitted by the antenna and then reflected back through the door. If the door has a start action, it will detect the changed transmit signal, and the 7 pin outputs the detected voltage signal. The signal is output high through the LM393 to illuminate the LED.
