2, installation:

After unpacking, loosen the fixed base screws, wipe all parts of the instrument, place the instrument on the foundation, place the foundation screws, and use the level to correct the work surface. After the work surface is up to 0.3% in both directions, tighten the foundation screws. The instrument is fixed.

3. Commissioning:

Turn on the power, open the side door and press the jog. Be careful not to reverse the direction of the gear rotation.

4. Install the compactor:

The hammer is divided into two types: heavy and light. When doing the light compaction test, the small hammer core is loaded into the cylinder and tightened. Do the heavy hit in real time, put the sledge hammer into the barrel and screw it. Also check that the drop height is correct. This machine is a multi-purpose instrument that can be used for different lengths and different hammer weights. The machine is equipped with two types of arc-shaped arc-shaped rings. 5. Worktable center distance can be adjusted:

According to the inner diameter of the test tube, the locking screw of the M16 bolt in front of the workbench can be loosened first, then the drop hammer is placed in the test cylinder, then the M16 bolt is adjusted, and the outer diameter of the hammer and the inner diameter of the test cylinder are adjusted. To the corresponding distance, then lock the M16 Luoyang. Manually lift the rack before starting the machine to confirm that the edge of the test tube will not be hit by the hammer.

The two sets of test tubes have different specifications, so they are equipped with hammers, screws and other parts. Do not install them incorrectly.

6. Turn the part and refuel once a day. If it is used frequently, it should be refueled as many times as appropriate.

7. Regularly check the fasteners and find that they are loose and should be tightened in time.
