Fourth, installation and commissioning:
1. Electrical and control panel installation and wiring.
2. Spindle mounting: The rotating frame is fixed on the main shaft. Install the flat key. Fix the sprocket to the main shaft through the flat key. Fix the end of the main shaft away from the sprocket to the bearing on the seat. The sprocket end is fixed through the chain box hole. The bearing housings on both sides of the side bearing are fixed on the main frame and the chain coupling main shaft and the sprocket on the reducer.
3. Adjust the tension of the chain by adjusting the reducer base to secure the reducer bracket and bearing bracket.
From left to right on the control panel are: counter, reset button, start button, stop button, power main switch, the counter can set the value of 0 ~ 9999 × 100, and there is power-down memory function, if you need to re-count, press the reset button Return to zero.
To do the test, first add 3/4 of the water to the rotating bottle, then put the test piece into the bottle, cover the cap with the O-ring, and align the middle hole of the bottom of the bottle with the tip of the fixed end on the rotating frame. The center hole on the cap is aligned with the tip of the grip knob, and the knob is rotated to make the top of the grip knob tightly rotate the cap, and the other rotating bottles are fixed in turn. After the installation is completed, the front door is closed first. Then close the upper cover, set the value on the counter (usually 3600, that is, three hours), press the reset button to zero, press the start button to start the test. When the revolving frame is turned to the value set by the counter, the device will stop rotating and the test is completed.
Sixth, equipment maintenance
1. The bearing is greased once a year in May and November.
2. Add grease to the chain once a quarter.
3. The gear unit is changed once a year.
4. After each test, please clean the rotating bottle
