Instructions:
1. Connect the intake pipe behind the vacuum drying box to the vacuum pump with a vacuum rubber tube and turn on the vacuum pump.
2. The items to be dried are placed in a vacuum drying box, the door is closed, the vent valve is closed, the vacuum valve is opened, and the vacuum pump is turned on to start pumping, so that the vacuum in the box reaches -0.09 to -0.1 MPa. Close the vacuum valve and turn off the vacuum pump power switch.
3. Turn the power switch to “1â€. At this time, the power indicator light is on and there is a digital display on the temperature controller.
4. Temperature setting No setting is required when the required temperature is the same as the set temperature, otherwise it needs to be reset.
5. After the setting is completed, the data will be stored for a long time. At this time, the incubator enters the temperature rising state, and the heating indicator lights. When the temperature inside the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light flashes and goes out repeatedly, and the control enters the constant temperature state.
6. According to the different moisture levels of different items, choose different drying time. If the drying time is longer and the vacuum is lower, you need to pump again to restore the vacuum. You should first turn on the vacuum pump and turn on the vacuum valve.
7. After drying and leasing, turn off the power, turn the bleed valve, release the vacuum inside the box, and then open the box door to take out the items. After the vacuum is released, it is not easy to open immediately due to the tight deformation of the sealing ring and the glass door. It is necessary to wait for a moment and then the sealing ring to return to the original shape, so that the door can be opened easily.
Precautions
1. The incubator housing must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. When the vacuum box does not need continuous pumping, the vacuum valve should be closed first, then the vacuum pump motor power should be turned off, otherwise the vacuum pump oil should be poured into the box. The pumping rate of the vacuum pump is not less than 2L per second.
3. When removing the object to be treated, if it is a flammable item, it must be cooled after the temperature is cooled below the burning point to allow air to be ignited to cause oxidation.
4. The vacuum box has no explosion-proof device and should not be placed in explosive materials.
5. The parameters of P, I, D, T and LCK functions in the parameter setting of the temperature controller have been adjusted before leaving the factory. Please do not adjust it at will. If you need to adjust, please contact the factory.
