Without a dark surface, it has the functional characteristics of a solar cell. It can perfectly combine three functions: power generation, lighting, and heat insulation.
Solar Squared replaces traditional bricks and mortar with transparent glass tiles, allowing daylight to resonate at specific frequencies. In addition, it contains 13 small solar cells inside, which are spaced apart and placed on some intelligent optical components.
Each optical component inside the transparent brick can focus almost all of the sunlight that is incident in a day onto the solar cell, thereby increasing the total energy produced by each solar cell.
