First of all, from the perspective of the 24V power supply, the power indicator light is on, and the multi-purpose pen measures 23V at the power output terminal, which is normal. The power of the regulating valve is supplied to the regulating valve through the isolation module. It appears that the isolation module is not isolated. The power indicator of the isolated module is not lit. Look down the power supply line of the isolation module. The power line comes from a terminal fuse. At the lower end of the device, looking at the fuse indicator light, open the fuse with a multimeter to check that the fuse is open. Then check the upper and lower wiring of the fuse and find that the fuse at the upper end of the fuse is loose. After the tightening, the fuse indicator lights up. Under normal circumstances, if the fuse fuse burned, the fault indicator will light, indicating that the fuse core is damaged. If the upper and lower terminals are loose, the upper end is loose because there is no power supply so the fault indicator will not light, and the lower end is loose because the loop is not formed. The fault indicator will not light. Only the fuse burned fuse fault indicator will light when the upper and lower lines are connected. Therefore, if the fuse is disconnected and the fault indicator is not lit, in most cases it is because the wiring is loose, or the fuse indicator is broken.

After the fuse is closed, the power indicator of the isolation module indicates normal. Check the regulating valve screen again. The screen display is normal and the regulating valve is closed. Then the touch screen and upper computer position feedback are normal. Manually set the opening degree several times. Normal, the problem is solved.

If the valve retains the previous opening after the valve is de-energized, the water inside the filter will be filtered out.
